**Equipment Maintenance Technician (Temp-to-Hire)**
**Location:** Boulder, CO
**Pay:** $28–$34/hour (depending on experience)
**Schedule:** Tuesday–Saturday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
**Manpower** is hiring an **Experienced Equipment Maintenance Technician** for a Temp-to-Hire opportunity in the Longmont/Boulder area. This role focuses primarily on equipment maintenance, with occasional support for facility maintenance tasks.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and building systems
+ Access and navigate PLC programs for troubleshooting purposes
+ Use hand tools and electrical testing equipment proficiently
+ Install, maintain, and repair electrical pumps, motors, heaters, piping systems, and water systems
+ Maintain detailed documentation for service tickets and preventive maintenance tasks
+ Troubleshoot and repair general manufacturing equipment, such as motors and rotating machinery
+ Collaborate with production personnel to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues
+ Diagnose and repair complex mechanical problems using blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs
+ Maintain building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, and process gas
+ Routinely assess building, grounds, and equipment for functionality, appearance, and safety
+ Support facility-related aspects of the company’s Safety Program
+ Maintain a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
**Qualifications:**
+ Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing facility
+ High school diploma or GED required; some college or trade school preferred
+ Ability to follow verbal instructions accurately
+ Basic computer skills, including Windows, Word, and Excel
+ Able to lift up to 40 lbs
+ Electrical skills or experience preferred
+ Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
