Here’s the Gist:
In this role you will work with the Lithography Engineering team to maintain and improve various semiconductor tools. This position will work on a modified schedule of Tuesday - Saturday from 7am - 4pm.
The Day-to-Day:
Conduct preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement projects (CIPs) to meet tool availability goals
Create and maintain technical documentation, such as maintenance procedures, operational guidelines and best-known methods (BKMs).
Troubleshoot and Diagnose equipment malfunctions, failures, and process issues then developing and implementing effective solutions
Ensuring all equipment and processes meet relevant safety standards and regulatory requirements
Working with other engineering disciplines, operations, and vendors to resolve problems and implement solutions
Present technical data and project updates to peers and management
Responsible for maintaining operational readiness, reliability, and performance of complex manufacturing or critical infrastructure equipment in a 24/7 environment.
This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):
Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline and 3 years of related experience Or master's degree in engineering discipline
Must be willing to work a Tuesday through Saturday schedule. 7am-4pm
Understanding of semiconductor processes and equipment
Proficiency in technical writing and presentations
This role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management.
The posted salary range is what Wolfspeed reasonably expects to pay for this position. Actual pay for a hired applicant will be determined based on the individual’s job-relevant qualifications, experience, and other determinative factors. In the event it is determined that a different job level upon hire is warranted then that range will be communicated to the hired applicant as soon as reasonably practicable.
