Job details Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Equipment Coordinator to manage their fleet of equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking, coordinating, and maintaining all company equipment to ensure its readiness and availability for day-to-day operations. This is a full-time, day shift position.

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of all equipment, including status, location, maintenance history, and utilization. Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
Equipment Coordination: Manage the allocation and scheduling of equipment for various projects and departments to meet operational demands.
Maintenance & Repairs: Schedule and monitor preventative maintenance and inspections. Coordinate and oversee repairs with internal and external vendors, managing all associated documentation.
Rental Management: Oversee the rental and return process for equipment, track rental periods, and manage relationships with rental vendors.
Logistics: Coordinate the transportation of equipment between job sites or to the maintenance shop as needed.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure all equipment meets safety standards and that operators are following proper procedures.
Administration: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all equipment, including manuals, warranties, and service records.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Skills:
Strong organizational and time-management skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with vendors and internal teams.
Proficiency in using computer programs for tracking inventory and maintenance schedules, such as Microsoft Excel.

Education:
High School

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in equipment coordination, inventory management, or a related role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with vendors and internal teams.
Proficiency in using computer programs for tracking inventory and maintenance schedules, such as Microsoft Excel.
Basic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and coordinating equipment repairs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
