As the Equipment Coordinator/Specialist for FPS Onshore, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end coordination and execution of logistics related to products, assets, and materials between operational bases, customer sites, OEMs, and third-party vendors. This includes planning, mobilization, demobilization, tracking, and documentation of all equipment movements in compliance with internal processes, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Planning, scheduling, and coordinating the movement of FPS products, equipment, and materials to/from customer sites, OEMs, and third-party service providers.Interfacing with freight forwarders, transport companies, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.Ensuring mobilization and demobilization processes are executed according to project timelines and specifications.Facilitating rig-up and rig-down support for onshore deployments as needed.Maintaining accurate records of all equipment and material inventory, including serial numbers, certifications, and condition reports.Utilizing ERP or asset tracking systems to monitor and update location, status, and availability of products and assets.Performing periodic physical audits and reconcile with system data.Prepare shipping documentation, including packing lists, manifests, customs paperwork, and transportation permits.Ensure all materials and equipment meet regulatory, HSE, and customer requirements for transport and deployment.Maintain records of inspection, maintenance, and calibration where applicable. Serve as the primary point of contact between operations, logistics, project teams, and external partners regarding equipment logistics.Provide daily or weekly status updates on asset location, movement progress, and material readiness.Support pre-job and post-job reviews related to logistics performance and asset utilization.Continuous Improvement & Cost ControlIdentify logistics optimization opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce mobilization costs.Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams for vendor performance monitoring and logistics planning.Support root cause analysis and corrective actions in the event of logistics failures or equipment loss/damage.

To be successful in this role you will:

Bachelors degree or equivalent education plus experienceMinimum of 3 years of experience in the oil & gas or energy industriesPrefer experience working in field operations, field services, construction or a manufacturing environmentPrefer experience with scheduling or planning operations or services
