**Job Description** **About the Role** We are seeking a detail‑oriented **Filler Operator** to join our production team. In this role, you will operate and maintain filler equipment and associated systems to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality production. You’ll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly while upholding strict safety and quality standards. **What You’ll Do** + Operate filler(s) and associated equipment in line with company standards + Perform start‑ups, shut‑downs, and tear‑downs of equipment + Set up and operate coding equipment + Work safely with chemicals and chemical pumps + CIP (clean‑in‑place), sanitize, and sterilize filler(s) and equipment + Recognize and troubleshoot non‑standard operations + Conduct preventative maintenance on filler(s) and associated equipment + Identify and resolve issues in packaging or sanitation processes + Accurately complete all required recordkeeping and documentation + Operate forklifts (certification required or provided) + Safely lift up to 55 lbs. as part of daily tasks + Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and SQF procedures + Perform other duties as assigned, always in a safe and efficient manner **Requirements** **What We’re Looking For** + Prior experience in manufacturing or food/beverage production preferred + Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) + Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. regularly + Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality standards + Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills + Ability to follow safety protocols and GMP/SQF procedures + Reliable team player with good communication skills **What We Offer** + Competitive hourly pay [insert range] + Health, dental, and vision insurance + 401(k) with company match + Paid time off and holidays + Training and certification opportunities An Equal Opportunity Employer including Disabled/Veterans
