Prioritize candidates with 5+ years of strong PM experience; big consulting firm experience is a plus. Skills and Requirements Must-Haves • 5+ years of strong project management experience (end-to-end delivery across IT and business initiatives). • Proven ability to lead, not just execute—takes ownership, drives decisions, and clears blockers. • Confident, polished communication with senior IT and business leaders. • Skilled in project tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint). • Demonstrated track record delivering projects on time, on budget, and within scope. Nice-to-Haves • Big consulting firm experience (prioritization point for screening). • M&A experience (good to have, but not required). • Manufacturing or industrial background. • Exposure to governance, risk management, and portfolio processes.
