Job Description PAY RATE RANGE 20-30/hr. Key pivots in approach: Deep M&A background is no longer required—it’s a nice to have. Prioritize candidates with 5+ years of strong PM experience; big consulting firm experience is a plus. We need true project leaders, not task takers—people who take ownership, drive decisions, remove blockers, and confidently engage with senior IT and business leaders. Skills and Requirements Must-Haves • 5+ years of strong project management experience (end-to-end delivery across IT and business initiatives). • Proven ability to lead, not just execute—takes ownership, drives decisions, and clears blockers. • Confident, polished communication with senior IT and business leaders. • Skilled in project tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint). • Demonstrated track record delivering projects on time, on budget, and within scope. Nice-to-Haves • Big consulting firm experience (prioritization point for screening). • M&A experience (good to have, but not required). • Manufacturing or industrial background. • Exposure to governance, risk management, and portfolio processes.
