Epic Willow Inventory
Job Description Must Haves:  Pharmacist License  2 years experience Epic application analyst experience  Strong pharmacy inpatient operational experience not just ambulatory  Epic Willow Inpatient Certified + Inventory Certification  Collaborative and engaging w/ team Day to Day:  System Management: Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Epic Willow Inventory system.  Inventory Control: Ensure accurate medication inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and minimize waste.  Data Analysis: Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.  User Support: Provide training and support to pharmacy staff on the use of the Epic Willow system.  Collaboration: Work closely with IT, pharmacy, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless integration and operation of the inventory system.  Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including those related to medication storage and handling.  Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on inventory metrics and system performance.
