The EPIC Environment Manager coordinates key Epic environment activities, including Epic updates, upgrades, and build migration between the Epic environments, serving as a liaison between the Epic application teams and the Epic infrastructure teams.

Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Computer Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is required.Master's degree in a related field preferred5 years EPIC experienceEpic Certification required.ITIL certification preferred. Responsibilities Works closely with the Epic Data Courier Team, database administrators, hyperspace deployment administrators, and web and service server administratorsManages multiple Epic environments and ensures that they are maintainedWorks with subject matter experts and leadership to identify and review the appropriate technological solutions for various business needsCollaborates to achieve technology operations of a state-wide technology network, including electronic health records, population health, healthcare analytics, and business intelligence systems to advance the goals of the health systemServes as the main point of contact for technical issues and general questions related to assigned applicationsWorks with Epic representatives and end users to ensure the system meets the organization's business needs regarding the project deliverables and timelineEscalates end-user problems to the appropriate level when necessary.
