Skills and Requirements • 3-5 years of experience as a certified Epic PB Analyst  • Epic PB Certification  • Epic Charge Router certification Community Connect experience • Bachelor’s degree preferred  • Experience with credits and retro adjudication. Knowledge of self-pay processing and SBO operations.
