Job Description - Provide support for projects, conveying build requirement considerations on behalf of HIM and across the Revenue Cycle Spectrum (Grand Central, Prelude, Cadence, and Hospital/Professional Billing). - Perform workflow analysis, work queue routing rules, use of billing indicators and system actions. - Troubleshoot combine/uncombine logic scenarios impacting interfaces and work with vendors to support Solventum (aka 3MHIS) Encoder, Iodine, and Hyland OnBase. - Create workflow documentation, present decision points to operations, and collaborate between IT Teams and Operational Service-lines. - Perform both maintenance and build support, addressing incidents, requests, and project tasks as assigned.
