Epic Grand Central Analyst
Job Description Manage approximately 40 trouble tickets per month related to: Patient Flow: Transfer centers, EVS (Environmental Services), transport, and bed planners. Facility Structure Build: Departments, rooms, beds, and related configurations. Investigate and resolve workflow issues, often requiring in-depth research and cross-functional collaboration. Support capacity management and ADT (Admission, Discharge, Transfer) order workflows. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate bed charge billing and efficient patient movement. Share knowledge and provide guidance on Epic Grand Central functionalities. Skills and Requirements 4+ years of experience in IT systems, with increasing responsibility. Epic Grand Central Certification required. Strong understanding of: Facility structure build (departments, rooms, beds) Bed charge billing EVS and transport workflows Transfer center operations ADT orders and capacity management Excellent work ethic and problem-solving skills. Epic ClinDoc and ASAP Certifications.
