Work you’ll do/Responsibilities  

Understand radiology and cardiology workflows, imaging management, and the use of Epic's EHR to support diagnostic and treatment processes.Perform the Epic product specific build/enhancements for optimizing various radiology and cardiology workflows through requirement gathering, solution architectural reviews, technical design, build, test, and implementation that meet user requirementsDemonstrate flexibility to apply technical solutioning and learnings to use cases across business domains and industries.Support application maintenance through various standard change requests & Imaging Interface error work queues to ensure system stability, security, and compliance with healthcare regulations and should perform root cause analysis to reduce the inflow of the recurring issues.Provide on-call support for incidents of different priorities which were reported by end users and escalate any quality issues or risks with team leads/scrum masters/project leaders. 

Resolve incidents by adhering to Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines and offer guidance on Epic workflow queries where needed

Peer review medium to complex changes and test builds/enhancements, new releases etc. and document all outcomes of testing and serve as the go to person for the applicationThe role requires excellent documentation skills such as - Application understanding, change management etc.Ability to independently drive communications with clients, team members, offshore support team, other cross-functional teams and third-party vendors on a daily basisProvide outstanding client service and contribute to the organization’s mission of utilizing information technology to improve patient careOn an as-needed basis, provide on-site support within the organization

Qualifications

Required

Must have a current Epic Radiant/Cupid Certification3-6 years of recent experience on Epic Radiant/Cupid Support & MaintenanceExperience in application build and go-live, along with extensive experience in implementation, workflows, troubleshooting, testing, and supportGood interpersonal and communication skillsDemonstrative understanding of technical documentationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experienceLimited immigration sponsorship may be availableRole is remote but one must have the ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

 

Preferred:

Strong desktop skills including Word, Excel, PowerPointWork Experience/Direct Knowledge of clinical area or business area to be supported
