What We Offer
The EPIC/Dimensions Trainer II is responsible for delivering high-quality training to clinical and non-clinical end users on Dimensions Acute Electronic Medical Record (EMR) applications. This role ensures users are confident and competent in utilizing the system to support patient care and operational efficiency.
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM (Some weekends may be required)
Location: Hybrid – Winston Salem, NC (Must live within 50 miles of greater Winston Salem )
Department: EPIC Training - Acute
Key Responsibilities:
+ Conduct training sessions for clinical and non-clinical staff on Dimensions Acute EMR applications.
+ Successfully complete and pass the application-specific credentialing program within the approved timeframe.
+ Serve as the primary trainer for at least one application team, with potential cross-credentialing on additional teams.
+ Collaborate with the Training Manager and application teams to maintain training materials and ensure consistency.
+ Provide ongoing support and guidance to end users post-training as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
+ Strong communication and presentation skills.
+ Ability to learn and master EMR applications quickly.
+ Previous experience in healthcare or EMR training preferred.
+ Commitment to meeting credentialing requirements within designated timelines.
What We're Looking For
Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 2 Year / Associate Degree, required.Experience: Three years Healthcare (clinical or nonclinical) and/or education/training, required. One year Clinical operational experience in addition to above, preferred.Additional Skills (required): Demonstrated knowledge of current local, federal and state regulatory and governing standards for Learning and Development. •Speed to Market: Effectively works in a fast-paced work environment to deliver results •World Class: Knowledgeable about HR best practices and future trends in healthcare and in industry. •Problem Solving: Strong analytical, critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills •Digital Fluency: Proficiency with virtual meetings and Microsoft Office 365, specifically Power Point, Excel and Teams. Demonstrate ability to learn and use innovative training solutions for product and process training. •Highly Effective Communicator: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, appropriately and inclusively with key stakeholders at all levels.
