Epic Compass Rose Analyst
Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Epic Compass Rose Analyst to support strategic initiatives across Population Health and Community Health departments. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a hybrid environment of Epic optimization and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with senior leaders to drive Compass Rose enhancements and support new project implementations unrelated to Epic integration. Key Responsibilities:   Serve as a liaison between technical teams and executive stakeholders to ensure alignment on project priorities and deliverables.   Lead Compass Rose optimization efforts, including net-new builds and enhancements for active users.   Support the launch and management of non-Epic platforms, such as volunteer management and data analysis tools.   Engage biweekly with two primary stakeholder groups:    A Director reporting to the VP of Population Health    A VP within the Community Health Network and her team of Directors   Balance Epic-related work (50%) with broader project management and stakeholder coordination (50%).   Maintain clear communication and documentation to ensure customer satisfaction and project success. Skills and Requirements Experience with Epic Ambulatory (Amb) certification (as a supplement, not a substitute)   Background in clinical or population health data Familiarity with project management tools and methodologie Epic Compass Rose certification (via Healthy Planet route strongly preferred)   Strong customer and stakeholder management skills   Experience with Epic Healthy Planet and data aggregation (e.g., roster management) Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
