RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Build, test, and maintain the medication formulary in various clinical systems.Build, test, and maintain system ordersets.Identify and resolve issues identified with pharmacy related systems in a timely manner.Develop, test, and implement system upgrades.Maintain Pharmacy Charge Master to ensure accuracy of data and pricing information.Develop training material and train end users on new functionality.Design, build, and test reports to support clinical and operational initiatives.Occasional Weekends or evenings may be required depending on project implementations.On call coverage required.

Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years building Epic research treatment plans and investigational medications.Experience reviewing and abstracting information from cancer research protocols and pharmacy manuals.Experience serving as a team lead or senior analyst.Active Epic certifications or accreditations in both Willow Inpatient and Beacon Oncology modules

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy (BS or PharmD Degree), eligible for licensure as a Registered Pharmacist in the State of Georgia.Two years hospital pharmacy experience or PGY2 Pharmacy Informatics Residency. Completion of an accredited PGY1 Residency and a PGY2 Pharmacy Informatics Residency is preferred.Previous experience working in an academic medical center environment preferred. Epic Analyst experience is preferred.
