Skills and Requirements 1–2 years’ experience as an analyst or in a similar support role. Strong desire to learn and grow within Epic systems; ambitious and proactive mindset. Background in dental (front desk, back office, assistant) OR primary care (medical assistant, office manager) OR certified in Ambulatory workflows. Exposure to Epic applications (user-level or analyst-level). Excellent customer service and communication skills. Elbow support experience during go-lives or upgrades. Epic Ambulatory certification (or willingness to obtain). Training or instructional background.
