The EPC Project Document Controller role will be responsible for EPC Project operations and programs support. You will get involved in standardization/quality management/document management/methods creation and maintenance/process improvement and tools for the Project management function.
As an EPC Project Document Controller, you will be responsible for:
· Maintaining and making available as necessary complete and current EPC Project documents and related information throughout the Project cycle.
· Elaborating proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures and processes in the own field.
· Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
· Reviewing and commenting on customer administrative/document control requirements for new Projects.
· Reporting internally on documentation status and Providing general administrative support to the Project team.

To be successful in this role you will:
· Have a Bachelor from an accredited school.
· Have proven experience in a Project Document Controller role. Nuclear Industry experience is an advantage.
· Have sound oral and written communication skills both in English and Chinese.
· Have the ability to plan and control workload in a fast moving environment.
· Be able to work collaboratively in the wider organisation.
· Be a successful team player and have the ability to work independently with excellent problem solving skills.
