**A Day in the Life**

+ Fournir un support technique, éducatif, clinique et commercial afin d’aider la région à atteindre les objectifs de vente et de service client pour les Solutions d'Ablation Cardiaque.
+ Responsable du signalement des plaintes et des réactions indésirables aux médicaments (ADR).
+ Fournir un support clinique et technique ainsi que des formations aux médecins et au personnel sur le système de cartographie et de navigation EP et tous les produits CAS.
+ Éduquer et former les médecins, le personnel hospitalier et le personnel de bureau sur les aspects techniques liés aux produits CAS et aux procédures associées.
+ Promouvoir l’utilisation sûre et efficace des produits Medtronic CAS et des procédures associées.
+ Comprendre et soutenir les objectifs de vente nationaux, régionaux et locaux afin d’atteindre ou de dépasser les objectifs de vente pour tous les produits CAS.
+ Développer et entretenir des relations clients générant des opportunités commerciales supplémentaires.
+ Travailler en partenariat avec le Responsable de Compte, le Responsable Régional et les Directeurs de Zone pour identifier des opportunités de vente potentielles.
+ Collaborer et élaborer des stratégies avec l’équipe de vente locale pour organiser des formations clients sur la cartographie et autres produits CA Solutions.
+ Collaborer et communiquer avec les équipes de vente et cliniques de la région.
+ Agir en tant que représentant efficace de Medtronic CAS auprès des médecins et du personnel de soutien concernant les produits, services et support Medtronic CAS.
+ Servir de champion régional pour partager votre expérience et influencer les autres afin qu’ils maîtrisent la technologie de cartographie.
**PARCOURS DE SPÉCIALISTE :** Généralement, il s’agit d’un contributeur individuel responsable dans une discipline ou spécialité professionnelle. Gère et/ou réalise les projets assignés et travaille avec d’autres parties prenantes pour atteindre les résultats souhaités. Peut agir en tant que mentor pour les collègues ou diriger le travail de professionnels de niveau inférieur. La majorité du temps est consacrée à la gestion et à la réalisation des projets – de la conception à la mise en œuvre – tout en respectant les politiques, en utilisant des connaissances et compétences spécialisées normalement acquises par une formation avancée.

+ **Leadership et gestion des talents :** Peut fournir des conseils et une assistance aux professionnels débutants et/ou aux employés du parcours de soutien.
**Connaissances et expérience requises :** Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent avec plus de 6 ans d’expérience en cartographie et navigation cardiaque, ou expérience en cartographie EP associée (OU Diplôme d’associé avec plus de 4 ans d’expérience OU Diplôme universitaire avec plus de 2 ans d’expérience).
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
+ Provide technical, educational, clinical and sales support to assist the Region in meeting Cardiac Ablation Solutions sales and customer service objectives.
+ Responsible for reporting complaints and Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR)• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all CAS products.
+ Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters relating to CAS products and related procedures.
+ Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.
+ Understand and support national, regional and territory sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales goals within all CAS products.
+ Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business.
+ Work in partnership with Account Manager, Regional Manager and Area Directors to identify potential sales opportunities.
+ Collaborate and strategize with local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other CA Solutions products.
+ Collaborate and communicate with the sales and clinical teams in the region.
+ Serves as an effective Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staff regarding Medtronic CAS products, service and support.
+ Serve as a regional champion to share your experience and influence others to be proficient in the mapping technology.
**SPECIALIST CAREER STREAM:** Typically an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower level professionals. The majority of time is spent delivering and overseeing the projects – from design to implementation - while and adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education.

**Required Knowledge and Experience:** High School Diploma or equivalent with 6+ years experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or related EP mapping experience (OR Associate's Degree with 4+ years experience OR Baccalaureate Degree with 2+ years experience).
