MercyOne Waterloo Heart Clinic is seeking an Electrophysiologist to join our growing team of cardiovascular specialists providing comprehensive arrhythmia care. Led by Dr. Victor Abrich, our EP program offers the full spectrum of diagnostic and interventional services, supported by state-of-the-art technology and a collaborative clinical environment.

Practice Highlights

Compensation: $690,162 guaranteed salary for 2 years, plus production incentiveBonuses: $25K signing, $25K commencement, $25K after year 3, $25K after year 4, and $15K moving allowanceRobust EP Program with advanced procedural capabilities:Electrophysiology studiesRadiofrequency and cryoablation (pulsed-field ablation coming soon)Conduction system pacing including left bundle branch area pacingPacemaker, ICD, CRT, and leadless device implantationLoop recorder and remote rhythm monitoringWide Referral Base from a large regional health networkStrong APP Support and experienced clinical staffAccess to a Hybrid EP Lab and Advanced ImagingOpportunity to participate in program development, innovation, and outreach

Patient Population and Case Mix

Broad case mix: atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, SVT, PVCs, ventricular tachycardia, syncope, sick sinus syndrome, inherited arrhythmias (Long QT, WPW), and complex rhythm disorders
