EOSS Back-Office Specialist
He/she handles several administrative tasks, in collaboration with Logistics Operation, Sales and Controlling Dept.He/she processes sale orders, issuing invoices, and liaising with internal departments, and also internal customers, in order to make the exchanges of information before invoicing fast and easy.He/she supports logistic department by creating and sending PL and studying correct VAT to use in invoicesHe/she releases Good Delivery in SAP system: checking weights, SAP virtual warehouse picking and GD recordingHe/she issues invoices: opening tickets for invoicing, dealing with cancellation/credit notes/debit notes, creating proforma invoices.He/she records new Customers in SAPHe/she contacts customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.He/she expedites confirmation orders through internal liaison.He/she supports the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requestedHe/she checks overdues payments by third Parties, in collaboration with Administration Dept, Controlling and Sales Dept.He/she recharges Pry-Cam wallet in collaboration with R&D and Sales Dept.
