**Here's what you’ll achieve;**
+ Provide first-level help desk support and prevent problems arising
+ Work with stakeholders to understand challenges to adoption and develop strategies for overcoming weak points and obstacles
+ Monitor and improve data quality
+ Provide sales insights to assist leadership drive performance
+ Monitor processes, information needs and functional requirements
+ Work collaboratively with the Salesforce team & stakeholders to deliver initiatives
+ Train, support and educate new users to ensure successful on boarding
+ Produce project documentation

+ Previous experience in admin and maintenance of salesforce systems
+ Critical thinking and the ability to develop creative solutions to problems
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Have a data-driven mindset
