**J** **ob Purpose**
To deliver high calibre daily operations and maintenance services within critical environments.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Oversee the facilities management service, which encompasses preventive maintenance and ad hoc maintenance, fire, mechanical, electrical support and, following environmental safety guidelines to ensure business continuity ismaintained.
+ Manage site operations to ensure continuity of property services with minimum disruption to the client’s business operations.
+ Manages the on-site activities of shift/day technicians, and where required vendors and contractors.
+ Supervise and manage and mentor the technicians on site to ensure exceptional performance isbeing achieved. Shift Lead is responsible for supporting the Shift Manager/Critical Facilities Manager in setting and attaining performance goals, as well as responsible for the development, coaching, and counselling of the rest of thesitetechnicians.
+ Raise work permits (including Tag out, Confined spaces, High Voltage, Fire Isolation, and Hot Works requirements), sign off work permits and collaborate with various groups tooptimizethe work schedule.
+ Where required conduct and document client meetings withappropriate workstream leaders, contractors.
+ Report and recommend technical and operational initiatives.
**Experience, Knowledge,** **Skills** **and Abilities**
+ Datacentre or Critical environment facility management work experience
+ Good understanding of datacentreinfrastructure and its resiliency design (UPS, Generator, CRAC, cabling, containment routes,etc) is a plus
+ Business level of Japanese (Above N2).
