Envista Business System Leader (EBSL)


Job Description:

EBSLs are critical team members who drive a culture of continuous improvement and accelerate company growth and profitability. The EBSL is responsible for promoting and facilitating the successful implementation of the Envista Business System and enabling a problem-solving culture that drives improved performance to deliver results. As a key member of leadership teams, EBSLs support Policy Deployment (PD) and are accountable for meeting EBS and Site Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets. EBSLs are an extension of the Envista Business System Office (EBSO), who help create EBS sustainability across Envista sites.

Responsibilities:

Drive targeted, sustainable improvements in SQDCI (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Innovation) that is tied to Policy Deployment (PD) and Daily Management (DM) by leveraging EBS tools, consulting skills, and the change management process.Be the thought leader and subject matter expert in EBS work concepts, principles, and practices for specified site to assist in achieving operating company Policy Deployment and Strategic Plan objectives.Be an active member of Site or Operating Company Leadership Teams (i.e., PD, Operating and DM reviews).Lead the development of and actively champion the EBS Roadmap (i.e., how to use the EBS tools to drive sustainable improvement in results).Ensure successful kaizen events by installing and ensuring compliance to the kaizen process (includes: (1) planning of kaizens with a dynamic funnel process tied to Policy Deployment and Daily Management, (2) kaizen execution and (3) sustainment of kaizens).Promote and facilitate diagnosis of workflow impediments and other wastes throughout the business and provide expert counsel on appropriate EBS tools to eliminate them.Achieve and maintain certification in EBS tools in order to deliver EBS programs. Drive EBS Certification and CP funnel across the site Promote and facilitate employee development in various EBS tools and kaizen leadership.Partner with EBSO to continue the evolution of our EBS culture and tools.Collaborate with other EBSLs in order to benchmark best practices and integrate improvements across sites and operating companies.

Job Requirements:

REQUIRED:

BS or BA Degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field or 7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of education.5+ years of experience in Operations, Engineering, Supply chain, Shipping/Logistics, or related disciplinesMust be able to work fulltime onsite at our Mahwah Facility. This is not a 'remote' opportunity.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

Experience in delivering training sessions in classroom and hands on with internal teams.Experience working in a regulated industry such as Medical Device with high precision manufacturing or similar industries is a plus,Proven ability to foster collaboration and teamwork without a formal managerial position.Strong knowledge of Lean principles and EBS best practices.Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.Skilled at managing challenging situations with confidence and professionalism.Demonstrated respect for diverse perspectives and effective interpersonal communication.Passion for continuous improvement, driving best practices across various business functions.Ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.Competency in coaching, mentoring, and group facilitation.Technical expertise to command credibility among peers and leadership.Strong ability to navigate complex challenges and communicate effectively.Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Active listening, sound judgment, and an innovative mindset.

Target Market Salary Range:

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
