Environmental Waste Supervisor
**Truck-to-Truck (TTT) Supervisor** **Location:** Phoenix, Arizona Pay: - $24.50 a **n hour** **Monday - Friday - Day staggered shifts but times are not determined yet.** We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Truck-to-Truck (TTT) Supervisor to manage and oversee the day-to-day transfer of materials between trucks. This role is essential for ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining operational efficiency, and supporting a safe and organized work environment. This is a hands-on leadership role with both administrative and operational responsibilities. **Why You’ll Love This Role in Phoenix** + Leadership opportunity in a key logistics role + Active, hands-on work environment + Growing region with strong industrial and transportation infrastructure + Career growth opportunities within a stable and reputable organization **Key Responsibilities** + Oversee daily TTT operations and ensure all drum transfer paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with 10-day transfer regulations + Maintain accurate and timely records using Microsoft Outlook, Power Suite, and TTT logs + Communicate with management regarding Department of Transportation (DOT) issues, compliance risks, and operational challenges + Coordinate with Corporate and Local Logistics teams on equipment needs and carrier issues + Supervise TTT Technician(s) including training, scheduling, and performance feedback + Identify and report compliance issues, leaks, or releases to Safety or Compliance Managers as needed + Ensure proper use of DOT exemptions and regulations for container transfers + Operate forklift to offload, palletize, and reload materials + Inspect and secure all containers being loaded onto outbound trailers **Qualifications** + High school diploma or equivalent + 3 to 5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or related field + Forklift certified (required) + DOT and manifest training with working knowledge of regulatory requirements (required) + Proficiency with Windows-based software applications + Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills + Ability to work in a team environment **Supervisory Responsibilities** + Supervises: Truck-to-Truck Technician(s) + Recommends: Hiring, training, scheduling, corrective action, compensation, and termination decisions + Decides: Employee performance appraisals **Physical Requirements** + Frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, and computer usage + Frequent lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs + Requires good hand-eye coordination and ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment + Must be able to climb ladders and reach in various directions + Requires near and far visual acuity, peripheral vision, color distinction, and hearing ability to safely perform duties **Additional Information** + Travel: Less than 10% + Ability to drive forklift: Required + Environment: May involve exposure to loud environments and physical exertion + Must be capable of wearing personal protective equipment including respirators as needed Clean Harbors is an equal opportunity employer.
