**Responsibilities** **Essential Key Job Responsibilities** 1. Provide customer service, to include checking members check in and problem solving for all customer. 2. Compiles and processes information for the Wellness Center, includes typing, filing, auditing, copying, maintaining and monitoring department and membership records. 3. Provides department services including Pro Shop and Energy Stop services to members 4. Helps with planning, scheduling, and organizing of special projects and events. 5. Maintains front desk and lobby, including boards, event signage and facility program communication 6. Perform value added activities which result in positive financial performance and customer satisfaction 7. At CHI Health Good Samaritan, you’ll find an advanced level trauma center that also offers AirCare emergency helicopter transport and an ambulance program providing long distance and local 911 service.
