Our dedicated, expert team at AdventHealth South Overland Park, formerly Shawnee Mission Health Overland Park, provides excellent care to communities of southeastern Johnson County, with 24/7 emergency room services, an advanced imaging center, physical therapy and more. **The role you'll contribute:** Provides supervision for the daily functions and activities within environmental services department. Is responsible for supervising EVS staff to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are met for the hospital and adjacent facilities. Promotes teamwork to ensure work is completed timely and helps maintain an efficient and safe working environment. Assumes responsibility of day, evening or night shift operation of the EVS department and related responsibilities. **The value you'll bring to the team:** + Supervises/monitors staff to ensure that work is properly performed + May create and review schedules.
