Position Details:Location: Wilmington CampusSchedule: Evening Shift | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Includes every other weekend and holiday rotation
Flexibility for off-hours as needed

What You’ll Do:Lead and support a team of Environmental Services staff to maintain a clean, safe, and attractive hospital environmentEnsure compliance with safety and sanitation standardsTrain, coach, and evaluate staff performanceManage schedules, assignments, and daily operationsPromote a culture of pride, service, and excellenceCollaborate with hospital departments and participate in committeesSupport quality assurance and accreditation efforts

What You Bring:High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or college degree a plus)2–5 years of experience in environmental services requiredStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to motivate teams and maintain high standardsKnowledge of safety protocols and hospital procedures

Physical & Work Environment:Ability to stand and walk for extended periodsLift and pull objects up to 40+ lbsExposure to hospital environments with appropriate safety precautions
