Raleigh Court Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an Environmental Services Director to lead our 120- bed skilled nursing center's Housekeeping and Laundry Departments. We believe the appearance of our center says a lot about the care we provide. We ensure every detail from our shiny floors to the cleanliness of our patient rooms.

The Environmental Services Director ensures that the Healthcare Center is a safe, sanitary, and organized environment. He or she is responsible for managing the housekeeping and laundry departments and ensuring proper staffing levels are maintained. He or she is also responsible for promoting and establishing interdepartmental relations, promoting safety and infection control practices, and enforcing standards of best practices.

Experience and/or Pre-requisites:

Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in environmental cleaning preferred.Management experience preferred.Experience in floor care.Ability to work flexible hours and report to work within 20 minutes for urgent situations.Ability to communicate effectively with all staff, patients, families, and visitors.Has ability to communicate, comprehend, understand, and write messages, and follow directions.Basic computer skills
