We are seeking an **Environmental Services / Custodial Operations Manager 2** for **UNC Health Southeastern Hospital,** part of UNC Health System, located in **Lumberton, NC.** This unit has has over 300 licensed beds and will oversee a staff of 3 Managers, 3 Supervisors and approximately 80 FTEs. The lead candidate will work **Day Shift** and be responsible for the implementation of Environmental Services Sodexo programs & procedures. Employee engagement, patient satisfaction scores and bed turnaround time are some of the metrics this manager will be responsible for in their role. **What You'll Do** + Driving Patient Satisfaction Scores and attaining KPI results monthly, quarterly and yearly + Provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff for all areas of the operation. + Works closely with the Infectious Control department.
