What You’ll Do:

Keep patient rooms, offices, and common areas clean and sanitaryMaintain equipment and supply closets in a safe and orderly conditionSupport infection control by properly cleaning precaution roomsRespond to service requests via phone and app promptlyReport maintenance issues and attend training sessionsUphold safety standards and confidentiality at all times

What You Bring:

High school diploma preferredAt least 2 years of customer service experienceAbility to communicate clearly and maintain a helpful attitudePhysical ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout your shiftComfort using smartphones or PDAs for work assignments

his position has a starting rate of $17.32 per hour, regardless of prior experience. After six months of continuous employment, the hourly rate will automatically increase to $20.34 per hour. After one year of continuous employment, the hourly rate will automatically increase to $21.34 per hour.

This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
