Shift: Overnight | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Schedule: Includes every other weekend and holiday
Hours: Full-time | 40 hours per week

What You’ll Do:Ensure all patient, office, and hospital areas are clean and sanitaryMaintain carts and equipment in safe, orderly conditionStock supplies such as paper products and soapClean precaution rooms following infection control protocolsRespond to service requests via phone/text promptlyReport maintenance issues and safety concernsAttend departmental training sessionsSafely handle trash, linen, and soiled equipmentMaintain confidentiality and a helpful, service-oriented attitude

What You Bring:High school diploma preferred2 years of customer service experience preferredAbility to read, write, and communicate effectivelyStrong attention to hygiene and safetyAbility to stand and perform physical tasks throughout the shiftComfort using smartphones or PDAs for work assignments

Working Conditions:Prolonged standing, walking, and liftingPotential exposure to infectious materials (with proper precautions)Safety glasses required at all times

This position has a starting rate of $17.32 per hour, regardless of prior experience. After six months of continuous employment, the hourly rate will automatically increase to $20.34 per hour. After one year of continuous employment, the hourly rate will automatically increase to $21.34 per hour.

This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
