7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (8-Hour Shifts)Requires working every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday)Includes every other holiday

What You’ll Do:Maintain clean and sanitary patient, office, and hospital areasEnsure carts and equipment are clean, safe, and properly storedRestock supplies (paper, soap, etc.) throughout the facilityClean precaution rooms following infection control protocolsSafely remove trash, linen, and soiled equipmentRespond promptly to calls/texts using provided smart devicesReport maintenance issues and attend training sessionsPromote a helpful, team-oriented attitude every day

What You Bring:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred2+ years of customer service experience preferredAbility to read, write, and communicate effectivelyStrong attention to hygiene and confidentialityPhysical ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout your shiftComfort using smart devices for work assignmentsCommitment to safety and infection control protocols

This position has a starting rate of $17.32 per hour, regardless of prior experience. After six months of continuous employment, the hourly rate will automatically increase to $20.34 per hour. After one year of continuous employment, the hourly rate will automatically increase to $21.34 per hour.

This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
