cleaning and sanitizing smoke trucks (racks), large plastic combos, smoke sticks, baskets, garbage cans and other equipment as neededcleaning and sanitizing of coolers, storage rooms and docks, including floors and drains, and removal of processing waste and trashuse dangerous/caustic chemicals while donning proper protective gearwill push and pull heavy equipment continually during shift which includes, but is not limited to, transporting of racks, tubs, baskets, and combos and other equipment plant wideoperate the automatic tree (rack) wash, hand jacks, electric pallet jacks, fork lifts, high lifts, floor scrubbers and other equipment as needed, once properly trainedassisting all departments in all areas of the food plant as neededadhere to all safety and quality policies while on Publix propertyother duties assigned
