Key Responsibilities
-Sampling activities in biosafety cabinets and cleanrooms
-Monitor biohazard risks tied to tissue materials and ensure proper decontamination procedures
-Collaborate with microbiology and operations teams to maintain EM program standards
-Support the design and continuous improvement of environmental monitoring processes
Qualifications – Good-to-Haves
-Background in biologics, biomedical, medical device manufacturing, or tissue manufacturing
-Master’s degree is a plus; ideal fields include mechanical, chemical, biomedical, or industrial engineering (other disciplines also considered)
-Team-oriented individual with the ability to lead and foster a collaborative environment
-Prior experience with tissue-based work and comfort processing human and animal tissue products

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- MUST HAVES:
-Bachelor’s degree in life science skill set
-Prefer industry experience in environmental monitoring, or microbiology lab settings
-Experience sampling protocols and aseptic technique
-Experience in a related field. Biologics, biomedical, Medical device manufacturing or tissue manufacturing would be great experience.
- Looking for teamwork oriented individual who can lead others.
- Willingness to process and handle human and animal tissue-based products.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
