Environmental Monitoring Supervisor

We are immediately hiring for a Supervisor for the Environmental Monitoring Team in a Cleanroom Laboratory! This laboratory specifically focuses on handling tissue that is used for nerve repair, so this is a vital role to ensure that no contamination occurs within the lab.

An ideal candidate for this role will have experience in a highly regulated laboratory environment and some prior supervisory experience.

Job Description

The Environmental Monitoring Supervisor will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity of sterile environments within a leading regenerative medicine company that focuses on peripheral nerve repair and regeneration. This role involves working in a highly regulated cleanroom environment to support tissue processing and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Supervise a team of 5 Environmental Monitoring Technicians across three shifts.Oversee sampling activities in biosafety cabinets and cleanrooms.Monitor biohazard risks tied to tissue materials and ensure proper decontamination procedures.Collaborate with microbiology and operations teams to maintain Environmental Monitoring program standards.Support the design and continuous improvement of environmental monitoring processes.

Qualifications

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or related field.Must have some level of direct Supervisory experience.Must have experience working in a highly regulated laboratory or similar setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $48.08/hr.
