Job Description

We are seeking an Environmental Monitoring Supervisor who will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of sterile environments in a highly regulated cleanroom setting. You will be joining a pioneering company in regenerative medicine, focused on developing and commercializing solutions for peripheral nerve repair and regeneration.

ResponsibilitiesSupervise a team of 5 Environmental Monitoring Technicians across three shifts.Oversee sampling activities in biosafety cabinets and cleanrooms.Monitor biohazard risks associated with tissue materials and ensure proper decontamination procedures are followed.Collaborate with microbiology and operations teams to maintain environmental monitoring program standards.Support the design and continuous improvement of environmental monitoring processes.Essential SkillsBachelor’s degree in an engineering field, preferably biomedical or biochemical.Minimum of 2 years experience in environmental monitoring within cleanroom and microbiology lab settings.Familiarity with sampling protocols, biosafety cabinet operations, and decontamination workflows.Experience in a leadership role, even with a small team.Additional Skills & QualificationsBackground in biologics, biomedical, medical device manufacturing, or tissue manufacturing.Master’s degree is a plus, ideally in mechanical, chemical, biomedical, or industrial engineering.Team-oriented individual with the ability to lead and foster a collaborative environment.Prior experience with tissue-based work and comfort processing human and animal tissue products.Work Environment

The work environment is a business casual dress code within a cleanroom setting. The standard work week is 40 hours, Monday to Friday. The ideal shift is split between 1st and 2nd shifts (e.g., 12 PM–7 or 8 PM), with an alternate option of a full 2nd shift from 3 PM–11 PM.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $48.08/hr.
