This role partners closely with operations to build a strong safety culture through coaching, training, and engagement. The EHS Area Manager uses data-driven insights to identify risks, improve processes, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. The Environmental Health & Safety Area Manager plays a key role in creating a safe and healthy workplace for all associates. You’ll collaborate with operations leaders and associates on your assigned shift to identify hazards, implement solutions, and build a culture where safety is part of everything we do.
Responsibilities Partner with operations to integrate safety into daily processes, ensuring a consistent focus on associate health, safety, and well-being.Coach, train, and develop hourly EHS associates by setting clear expectations, supporting growth, and recognizing performance.Monitor and analyze safety data and trends to proactively identify risks and implement preventive measures.Lead and participate in safety walks, audits, and root cause analyses to identify improvement opportunities and ensure corrective actions are completed.Develop and deliver engaging safety training programs that empower associates to recognize and prevent hazards.Support company initiatives to promote environmental responsibility, regulatory compliance, and ergonomic improvements.Collaborate cross-functionally to share best practices, celebrate success, and reinforce a culture of caring and accountability.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00 - $98,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
