Raytheon has an opportunity for an energetic, motivated, and self-directed Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Professional to support our ongoing sustainability, compliance, and risk reduction efforts at the Camden, AR site. This complex manufacturing site offers the EHS professional an opportunity to work with manufacturing and support teams to foster employee engagement, and drive risk reduction and continuous improvement of the EH&S program. We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in safety, environmental, and industrial hygiene programs, and a demonstrated track record of continuous improvement. Reporting to the EHS Manager, this role will support and implement programs such as electrical safety, explosives safety, non-ionizing/ionizing radiation, laser safety, lockout/tagout (LOTO), cranes/hoists, fall protection, machine guarding, job hazard analysis, powered industrial vehicles, hazardous waste, and other assignments as directed. **Key Responsibilities** + Serve as a technical resource by interpreting and applying OSHA, DOD, EPA, DOT, NIOSH, ANSI, NFPA, and other relevant regulations and standards to Raytheon/customer facilities, processes, and products. + Inspect life safety equipment on schedule. + Support hazardous waste management, including scheduling and preparing shipments. + Assist in developing and implementing EH&S policies and procedures. + Collaborate across departments to ensure consistent application of health and safety programs. + Conduct injury investigations, perform root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions. + Prepare for and support internal and external audits, including DCMA Safety and VPP assessments. + Contribute to industrial hygiene programs. + Participate in emergency preparedness and response activities. + Deliver instructor-led safety training. + Lead projects that enhance the health and safety of employees and contractors. + Ability to work independently while seeking guidance is needed. **Qualifications You Must Have** + Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and (2) two years of prior relevant experience. + The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
