Job Description
As a Health, Safety, and Environmental Supervisor, you will support the implementation and continuous improvement of HSE programs within Magna's AutoSystems Division. Your day-to-day will involve conducting risk assessments, supporting training initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You’ll assist in incident investigations, maintain documentation, and promote a culture of safety and sustainability. Reporting directly to the division's HR Manager and directly overseeing 2 reports, this role requires strong communication as well as collaboration with cross-functional teams and regulatory bodies.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of experience in a health and safety role in a manufacturing or industrial settings (mid-size to large enterprise)
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
Strong knowledge of local, provincial and federal HSE regulations and standards
Experience conducting risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations
Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional Health and Safety Certification (CRSP or equivalent)
Automotive industry experience
Experience with PowerBI
