EHS Supervisor – Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Supervisor to lead and enhance safety, environmental compliance, and risk‑reduction initiatives across our facility. This role is ideal for a proactive EHS professional who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about driving a culture of safety excellence.
Key Responsibilities
+ Oversee daily EHS operations, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
+ Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs, policies, and training.
+ Lead incident investigations, root‑cause analysis, and corrective‑action plans.
+ Manage hazardous materials handling, waste management, and environmental reporting.
+ Support emergency preparedness planning and response processes.
+ Partner with operations leadership to identify risks, implement controls, and enhance overall safety performance.
Required Education & Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field — or equivalent relevant experience.
+ 8–10 years of EHS experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
+ Strong working knowledge of OSHA, EPA regulations, hazardous materials management, and emergency response procedures.

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Santa Fe Springs, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $160000.00/yr.
Dental, Medical, Vision, Paid Holidays, 20% bonus
Workplace Type
This is a fully onsite position in Santa Fe Springs,CA.
