EHS Supervisor – Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Supervisor to lead and enhance safety, environmental compliance, and risk‑reduction initiatives across our facility. This role is ideal for a proactive EHS professional who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about driving a culture of safety excellence.

Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily EHS operations, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs, policies, and training.Lead incident investigations, root‑cause analysis, and corrective‑action plans.Manage hazardous materials handling, waste management, and environmental reporting.Support emergency preparedness planning and response processes.Partner with operations leadership to identify risks, implement controls, and enhance overall safety performance.Required Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field — or equivalent relevant experience.8–10 years of EHS experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting.Strong working knowledge of OSHA, EPA regulations, hazardous materials management, and emergency response procedures.Top Skills & CompetenciesEnvironmental SafetyHealth & Safety Program ManagementOSHA ComplianceEHS Systems & AuditingHazardous Materials ManagementStrong communication and leadership abilitiesExperience Level

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Santa Fe Springs, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $160000.00/yr.
