About the Role

To provide environmental expertise to ensure that the company and its affiliate companies comply with internal policy and government regulatory requirements.

Position:

Environmental/GHG Advisor

Location: Perth (ad-hoc visit onshore & offshore)
Indicative Term of Contract: 12 months

Roster: Monday – Friday (8 hours)

Qualifications & Experience:

Degree in Environmental Engineering/Science or equivalent

5-7 years’ experience in a similar role, with experience in Environmental management within the resources industry

Greenhouse Gas Management experience would be favourable

ISO14001 Lead Auditor qualifications (or ability to attain)

Proven experience in preparation, maintenance and implementation of Environmental Plans

Proven experience in managing Environmental approvals and environmental monitoring

Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and obtain a MSIC and TBOSIET with CA-EBS

Effective time management skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills working within a team and independently

Report writing skills

Problem solving and decision making skills
