Environmental Engineer

Summary: Seeking an Environmental Engineer to manage and support Crayola's environmental programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and sustainability goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, chemical engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years' experience with environmental compliance programs for manufacturing facilities. Experience with Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PA DEP) and EPA Air Quality Permits and Regulations. Familiarity with EPA SPCC Program and PA DEP PPC Program regulations. Knowledge in EPCRA, RCRA, Ozone Depleting Substances, Greenhouse Gas Reporting.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledgeable in basic chemistry and biology for understanding laboratory reports. HAZWOPER Training desirable.

Responsibilities:

Provide strategic direction for managing the Environmental Management Program. Ensure regulatory compliance for Air Quality, Stormwater, Wastewater Management Programs. Conduct inspections and report on environmental performance metrics. Develop internal and customer-facing environmental programs including training and documentation. Lead environmental projects ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.

Pay Details: $110,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
