Our client has been manufacturing liquid packaging board since 1953. Today, their products are converted into eight billion single-serve containers annually. In addition to providing coated and uncoated liquid packaging board, they are proud to now offer customers some of the world’s highest-quality market pulp and are looking for a qualified Environmental Engineer to join their team!

What You Will Be Doing as an Environmental Engineer:

Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations (air, water, solid waste) 

Prepare and submit environmental reports and permit applications

Conduct environmental studies, audits, and inspections

Support sustainability initiatives and process improvements

Maintain environmental records and documentation

Respond to environmental records and documentation and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies on environmental matters
 

What You Bring To The Table:

Bachelor's degree in environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field experience 

2+ years of environmental compliance experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings 

Strong knowledge of regulatory structures at the federal, state, and local levels

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail 

Commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
