Environmental Engineer We are seeking a highly motivated Environmental Engineer to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. Key Responsibilities + Perform engineering work related to water and wastewater treatment and conveyance infrastructure. + Lead and support engineering planning and design projects. + Prepare technical reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates. + Conduct system modeling, permitting, and alternative analysis. + Develop technical memoranda and electronic deliverables. + Analyze data and perform quality data entry. + Provide engineering services during construction phases. + Participate in field activities such as pilot testing and site evaluations. Required Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering. + 4–6 years of relevant experience in water and wastewater engineering. + Active Professional Engineer (PE) license. + Strong foundation in civil and environmental engineering principles. + Proficiency in MS Word and Excel. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with clients and project teams. + Self-starter with strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Preferred Skills + Experience in water treatment systems. + Familiarity with civil infrastructure design and permitting processes. Workplace Environment This is a full-time, on-site role located in downtown Los Angeles. You’ll be part of a collaborative and innovative team working on essential infrastructure projects that impact communities and the environment. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.67 - $64.42/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
