Hourly base pay rate is $21.49 - $32.26/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. The Cox Enterprises Corporate Social Responsibility Environmental Engagement Intern will support the support the Corporate Social Responsibility Environmental Sustainability team to engage Cox employees in volunteer activities, assess and measure social and environmental impact, and develop campaigns and programs for environmental education and engagement, and support in other ways as needed.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, collaborative, detail-oriented team player who is eager to learn about corporate social responsibility, specifically in the environmental sector, who is ready to roll up their sleeves and support the team. The right candidate will have a passion for environmental conservation, community engagement, and volunteerism.

Currently, a rising junior or senior college student pursuing a BA/BS degree in Environmental Policy/Science, Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or related field. Intern/Co-Op sessions are considered temporary employment. No full-time employment commitments are made. However, depending on our business needs, some interns may be considered for a full-time position following the conclusion of the session conditioned upon the intern graduating from their academic program and being available to commence full-time employment at a specified time.
