Environmental Coordinator
Office & Project Coordination Responsibilities:
Manage NYS and EPA notifications for compliance and reporting.Set up project folders; assist with labeling, job postings, and manifest preparation.Review contracts and change orders for accuracy and completeness.Maintain and track waste manifest systems:Review and file manifestsPrepare associated lettersTrack data using Excel spreadsheetsProofread and support proposal development and submission.Coordinate distribution of bid forms and qualification documents.Communicate professionally with clients to support project needs.Coordinate logistics with third-party air monitoring services.Skills & CompetenciesProject CoordinationData ManagementAsbestos CoordinationAdministrative SupportData EntryMicrosoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)QuickBooksChange Order ManagementCustomer ServiceConstruction Industry KnowledgeTop SkillsData ManagementProject CoordinationExperience LevelEntry Level
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.
