Environmental Coordinator Location : NACOGDOCHES, TX, United States Job Family : Manufacturing Job Type : Regular Posted : Aug 11, 2025 Job ID : 58882 Back to Search Results Job Description Apply Now > Save JobJob Saved Acts as Employee Health and Safety point of contact and provides support to assigned Business Unit; completes work according to industry standard and regulatory requirements. • Assists with reporting data related to EHS metrics • Maintains and updates EHS-related documentation and records • Implements EHS requirements, monitors training and inspection records • Conducts safety audits and inspections and identifies hazards • Oversee the reporting schedule and submit the required reports • Advise management on safety and environmental concerns • Assists in the investigation of workplace injuries and incidents; performs root cause analysis on accidents, work hazards, and helps to support corrective actions • Assists with the development of EHS documentation, including procedures, forms, and checklists • Assists in the development and implementation of EHS Toolbox Talks • Assists in the development and assessment of safety training; conducts employee training • Manages the EHS aspects of contractors that do work on-site • Supports an EHS culture of excellence for safety and environmental management through effective communication + High School Diploma (required)- College degree (preferred) in a technical field such as EHS, engineering, or science, or equivalent work experience + 2-3 years of applicable EHS experience (preferred) + Experience in an industrial work environment with EHS responsibilities. + A good working knowledge of EHS regulations. + EHS certifications are a plus. + Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be able to influence people at all levels. + Must have strong process skills for data management, standardization, continuous improvement, and program management. + Must have a passion for EHS and be able to translate into practical action. + Must have good problem-solving skills and experience.
