Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** + Lead and implement EHS programs to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. + Drive a proactive safety culture through training, coaching, and employee engagement. + Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions to mitigate hazards. + Investigate incidents and ensure timely resolution with root cause analysis. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement in EHS performance. **What Are We Looking For** + Proven ability to lead and influence EHS initiatives in industrial or manufacturing settings. + Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant safety and environmental regulations. + Skilled in conducting audits, training, and incident investigations. + Effective communicator with a collaborative and proactive approach. + Commitment to fostering a safe and compliant work environment. + Requires 1 to 5 years experience. **Work Environment** This role involves both office and field work, including time spent at hazardous waste facilities. Travel to various company locations may be required.
