This position will be responsible for the administration, coordination, preparation, presentation, and analysis of various Environmental programs, systems, and processes. The salary range for this position is $56,000 - $83,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance). In addition to the base salary, Perdue offers a competitive benefits package, including medical/Rx, 401(k) with employer match after 1 year, critical illness, accident insurance, dental, vision, life insurance, optional group life insurance, short-term and long-term disability protection, flexible spending accounts and paid time off. **Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities** + Collect the required Perdue Environmental metrics from the Environmental Regional Managers—pull available centralized environmental reporting data into SharePoint (i.e., production numbers, energy usage, water usage, wastewater usage). + Ensure Metrics data from Regional Environmental Managers is entered in Perdue Corporate data repository on time. + Ensure Metrics data is accurate and identify trends. + Assist in creating standard operating procedures and policies. + Collect reports, permits, training records, and other environmental documentation from Regional Environmental Managers and locations, and file them electronically, utilizing software programs as applicable. + Generate reports and presentation material as needed by VPs and Environmental Director. Examples are Tier II and Form R reporting, Notices of Violation, continuous improvement, environmental expenditure, and other trends. + Assist in the filing of environmental documentation. + Collect environmental audit findings and generate timeline for completion and reminders to Regional Environmental Managers. + Assist in the conversion of pdfs, modifications to Plans, etc. as needed to update environmental documents for environmental team. **Minimum Education** High School Diploma or GED and equivalent related work experience. **Experience Requirements** + 0-3 years of related work experience. + Understanding of PowerBI uses and willingness to learn. + Experience creating standard operating procedure documents + Strong communication, math, organizational and analytical skills. + Strong interpersonal skills. + Expert level technical writing ability + Strong SharePoint and Website development knowledge and skills. + Experience auditing and maintaining an Environmental Management system. + Ability to track and trend utility consumption and environmental metrics. **Experience Preferred** 5 - 7 years related work experience preferred. **Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements** Normal climate-controlled office environment. Able to communicate on the telephone and use standard office equipment. Able to move freely throughout the facility.
